MINUTES OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE <br /> March 2, 2020 <br /> East Conference Room <br /> Present: Councilmembers Bullock, Litten, Kepple, O'Malley, Neff, Shachner, Rader <br /> Also Present: Clerk Bach, Director Corrigan, Deputy Clerk Lascu, Mayor George, Chief <br /> Assistant Law Director Swallow <br /> Start time: 7:03 p.m. <br /> Discussion of personnel matters —employment of a public employee. <br /> President O'Malley made a motion to enter executive session in order to discuss personnel <br /> matters, specifically, the employment of a public employee. Council staff, Law Director <br /> Corrigan, Mayor George, and Chief Assistant Law Director Swallow were invited to join <br /> executive session. Motion was seconded. <br /> A roll call vote was taken as follows: <br /> Yeas: Bullock, Litten, Kepple, Neff, O'Malley, Rader, Shachner <br /> Nays: None <br /> All members voted in favor. Motion passed. <br /> Executive session was entered at 7:05 p.m. <br /> President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to exit executive session. <br /> A roll call vote was taken as follows: <br /> Yeas: Bullock, Litten, Kepple, Neff, O'Malley, Rader, Shachner <br /> Nays: None <br /> All members voted in favor. Motion passed. <br /> Executive session was exited at 7:33 p.m. <br /> Approval of the minutes of the February 24th Committee of the Whole. <br /> President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President Litten to approve the minutes of <br /> the February 24, 2020 Committee of the Whole Meeting. <br /> All members voted in favor. Motion passed. <br /> Committee of the Whole adjourned at approximately 7:35 p.m. <br />
