MINUTES OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE <br /> SEPTEMBER 14, 2020 <br /> MEETING HELD VIRTUALLY <br /> Present: Councilmembers Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Neff, O'Malley, Rader, Shachner <br /> Also Present: Mayor George, Planning Director Leininger, Human Services Director <br /> Gelsomino, Robyn Minter Smyers, Rob Ware, & Bill Thrush of Thompson Hine, Law Director <br /> Corrigan, Clerk Bach, Deputy Clerk Lascu, Finance Director Rancatore, Senior City Planner <br /> Katelyn Milius, IT Director Coletta <br /> Call to Order: 6:10 p.m. <br /> Approval of the minutes of the August 17, 2020 Committee of the Whole. <br /> A motion was made and seconded to approve the minutes of the August 17, 2020 Committee of <br /> the Whole. A roll call vote was conducted as follows: <br /> Yeas: Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Neff, O'Malley, Rader, Shachner <br /> Nays: none <br /> Motion adopted. Minutes approved. <br /> Update from the Mayor's administration regarding One Lakewood Place development. <br /> Motion by President O'Malley, seconded by Vice President Litten to enter executive session for <br /> the purpose of discussing the sale of property/imminent court action related to One Lakewood <br /> Place. City directors, staff, and counsel from Thompson Hine were invited into executive <br /> session. <br /> A roll call vote was conducted as follows: <br /> Yeas: Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Neff, O'Malley, Rader, Shachner <br /> Nays: none <br /> Motion adopted. Committee of the Whole entered executive session at 6:13 p.m. <br /> At 7:19 p.m. a motion was made by President O'Malley, seconded by Vice President Litten to <br /> exit executive session. <br /> A roll call vote was conducted as follows: <br />
