A roll call vote was conducted as follows: <br /> Yeas: Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Neff, O'Malley, Rader, Shachner <br /> Nays: none <br /> Motion adopted. Minutes approved. <br /> Update from the Mayor's administration regarding One Lakewood Place development. <br /> Motion by President O'Malley, seconded by Vice President Litten to enter executive session for <br /> the purpose of discussing the sale of property/imminent court action related to One Lakewood <br /> Place. City directors, staff, and counsel from Thompson Hine were invited into executive <br /> session. <br /> A roll call vote was conducted as follows: <br /> Yeas: Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Neff, O'Malley, Rader, Shachner <br /> Nays: none <br /> Motion adopted.
