MINUTES OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE <br /> SEPTEMBER 30, 2020 <br /> MEETING HELD VIRTUALLY <br /> Present: Councilmembers Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Neff, O'Malley, Rader, Shachner <br /> Also Present: Mayor George, Planning Director Leininger, Human Services Director <br /> Gelsomino, Robyn Minter Smyers & Rob Ware of Thompson Hine, Law Director Corrigan, <br /> Clerk Bach, Finance Director Rancatore, Senior City Planner Katelyn Milius, IT Manager <br /> Coletta, Fire Chief Dunphy, City Engineer Papke, Police Captain Wilkins, Public Works <br /> Director Ducu, John Storey, Chief of Staff to the Mayor <br /> Call to Order: 6:05 p.m. <br /> Approval of the minutes of the September 14, 2020 Committee of the Whole. <br /> A motion was made and seconded to approve the minutes of the September 14, 2020 Committee <br /> of the Whole. A roll call vote was conducted as follows: <br /> Yeas: Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Neff, O'Malley, Rader, Shachner <br /> Nays: none <br /> Motion adopted. Minutes approved. <br /> Update from the Mayor's administration regarding One Lakewood Place development. <br /> President O'Malley remarked that executive session was necessary to protect the public interest. <br /> Motion by President O'Malley, seconded by Vice President Litten to enter executive session for <br /> the purpose of discussing imminent court action related to One Lakewood Place. City directors, <br /> staff, and counsel from Thompson Hine were invited into executive session. <br /> A roll call vote was conducted as follows: <br /> Yeas: Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Neff, O'Malley, Rader, Shachner <br /> Nays: none <br /> Motion adopted. Committee of the Whole entered executive session at 6:08 p.m. <br /> At 7:05 p.m. a motion was made by President O'Malley, seconded by Vice President Litten to <br /> exit executive session. <br />
