MINUTES <br /> OF THE <br /> REGULAR MEETING <br /> OF <br /> LAKEWOOD CITY COUNCIL <br /> HELD ONLINE <br /> April 19, 2021 <br /> 7:30 P.M. <br /> Regular Meeting of the Lakewood City Council called to order at 7:30 PM by President <br /> O'Malley. <br /> Present: Thomas R. Bullock III, Sarah Kepple, Tess Neff, Daniel O'Malley, Tristan Rader, <br /> Jason Shachner <br /> Also Present: Mayor George, Law Director Corrigan, Planning Director Leininger, Finance <br /> Director Rancatore, Police Chief Kaucheck, Fire Chief Dunphy, Public Works Director Ducu, <br /> Human Services Director Gelsomino, and members of the public. <br /> President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Bullock to approve the <br /> minutes of the April 5, 2021 meeting without the necessity of a reading. <br /> A roll call vote was taken as follows: <br /> Yeas —Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Neff, O'Malley, Rader, Shachner <br /> Nays —None <br /> Motion passed. The minutes were approved. <br /> ****OLD BUSINESS**** <br /> President O'Malley asked that item 48 be taken out of order, followed by item 47. <br /> 1. Committee report from Housing, Planning & Development Committee regarding meeting <br /> held April 12, 2021. (to be provided) <br /> Councilmember Shachner delivered the following oral report: <br /> We spoke about Resolution 2020-31B, which would extend the temporary outdoor dining <br /> resolution to December 31, 2022. Mayor George introduced the resolution and proposed <br /> excluding parklets from it. We had a robust conversation and members of the committee felt <br /> the Planning Commission was doing a good job under the resolution's guidance. It was the <br /> recommendation of the committee to not amend the legislation, and it was subsequently voted <br />
