MINUTES OF COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE <br /> OCTOBER 11, 2021 <br /> AUDITORIUM <br /> Present: Councilmembers Bullock, Kepple, Litten (6:52 p.m.) Neff, O'Malley, Shachner <br /> Also Present: Director Leininger, Senior City Planner Katelyn Milius, Chief of Staff John <br /> Storey, Mayor George, Law Director Corrigan, Tracey Nichols of Project Management <br /> Consultants, Clerk Bach taking minutes <br /> Call to Order: 6:07 p.m. <br /> Approval of the minutes of the October 4, 2021 Committee of the Whole. <br /> Motion by President O'Malley, seconded by Vice President Litten to approve the minutes of the <br /> October 4, 2021 Committee of the Whole. <br /> All members voted in favor. Motion passed. Minutes approved. <br /> Update to Council regarding negotiations with Lakewood Hospital site developer <br /> Motion by President O'Malley, seconded by Councilmember Bullock for Committee of the <br /> Whole to enter executive session for the purpose of considering confidential financial <br /> information of the developer of the former Lakewood Hospital site as an applicant for economic <br /> development assistance, pursuant to ORC 3735.67 and 5709.40. Committee of the Whole will <br /> also include Mayor George, directors and staff of the mayor as well as Tracey Nichols of Project <br /> Management Consultants. <br /> On the motion: <br /> Yeas: Bullock, Kepple, Neff, O'Malley, Shachner <br /> Absent: Litten, Rader <br /> Motion passed. Committee of the Whole entered executive session in the Council Conference <br /> Room at 6:09 p.m. <br /> Vice President Litten joined executive session at 6:52 p.m. <br /> At approximately 7:22 p.m. President O'Malley made a motion, seconded by Vice President <br /> Litten to exit executive session. A roll call vote was conducted as follows: <br /> Yeas: Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Neff, O'Malley, Shachner <br /> Absent: Rader <br /> Committee of the Whole stood adjourned at approximately 7:24 p.m. <br /> 1 <br />
