MINUTES <br /> OF THE <br /> REGULAR MEETING <br /> OF <br /> LAKEWOOD CITY COUNCIL <br /> AUDITORIUM <br /> December 6, 2021 <br /> 7:30 P.M. <br /> Regular Meeting of the Lakewood City Council called to order at 7:36 PM by President <br /> O'Malley. <br /> Present: Thomas R. Bullock III, Sarah Kepple, John Litten (8:20 p.m.), Daniel J. O'Malley, <br /> Tristan Rader, Jason Shachner <br /> Also Present: Mayor George,Law Director Corrigan,Finance Director Rancatore,Police Chief <br /> Kaucheck, Fire Chief Dunphy, Public Works Director Ducu, Human Resources Director <br /> Dillinger, Planning Director Leininger, Human Services Director Gelsomino, Chief of Staff <br /> John Storey, Deputy Clerk Lascu, Clerk Bach <br /> Motion by President O'Malley, seconded by Councilmember Shachner to excuse the absence <br /> of Councilmember Neff. All members voted in favor. Motion passed. <br /> President O'Malley announced that Councilmember Litten will be late due to a family <br /> obligation. <br /> Motion by President O'Malley, seconded by Vice President Litten to approve the minutes of <br /> the November 15, 2021 meeting without the necessity of a reading. <br /> All members voted in favor. Motion passed. Minutes approved. <br /> Without objection, President O'Malley moved agenda items 426-430 to the top of the agenda. <br /> ****OLD BUSINESS**** <br /> 1. Committee report regarding Finance Committee meetings held November 22, November <br /> 29, and December 6, 2021. (to be provided) <br /> Councilmember Bullock delivered the following committee report: <br /> The Finance Committee met on November 22, November 29, and just prior to <br /> this meeting on December 6'h. We have been conducting our annual hearings <br /> and programmatic review and hearing departmental presentations of the <br /> budget. We are about haWay through the schedule.
