Bullock III, Sarah Kepple, Cindy Marx, Tristan Rader <br /> (virtually) <br /> Also Present: Finance Director Rancatore, Police Chief Kaucheck, Public Works Director <br /> Gordon, Human Resources Director Dillinger, Assistant Director of Planning David Baas, <br /> Planning Director Shawn Leininger, Law Director Ernie Vargo, Chief of Staff John Storey, Clerk <br /> Bach <br /> Motion by Acting President Kepple, seconded by Councilmember Bullock to excuse the absence <br /> of President Litten and Councilmember Shachner. All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> Acting President Kepple called for Council to be held by video meeting due to the illness of <br /> Councilmember Rader. <br /> Without objection, Acting President Kepple moved Public Comment to the top of the agenda. <br /> Without objection, following public comment, Acting President Kepple moved agenda items 11 <br /> and 12 to the top of discussion. <br /> ****OLD BUSINESS*** <br /> 1. Report from Finance Committee meeting held February 13, 2023. (pg. 1) <br /> Motion by Acting President Kepple, seconded by Councilmember Bullock to receive and file <br /> communication. All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> 2. S. ORDINANCE 03-2023 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or <br /> otherwise to take effect and be in force at the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing <br /> the Director of Finance to enter into Equipment Leases in forms approved by the Director <br /> of Law on behalf of the City of Lakewood ("City").
