(to be provided)
C
hairman Bullock delivered the following report:
T
he Housing Committee met tonight and discussed two items. One was a report and analysis
by the Lincoln Institute, the George Administration and one other partner, analyzing our
community and trends driving changes in supply and price and keying up potential policy
options to improve affordable housing access in Lakewood. We had an in-depth and
productive discussion with all committee members and Councilman Baker. We appreciate the
discussion; it leads to a couple of follow-up points to be pursued in upcoming months. We
also briefly discussed Ordinance 20-2023, but did not take action on it. We have that noticed
rd
for our committee meeting next Monday, October 23. We will be sure to include our work on
that ordinance before the next general council meeting.
i
