That this Council does hereby commend John Litten for his eight years of
dedicated public service as a member of Lakewood City Council and for his leadership as
Council Vice President and President.
Section 2. That this Council does hereby wish John all the best on his next chapter in
public service where he will focus his time and talents serving the greater Cleveland region.
Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning
and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this Council,
and that all such deliberations of this Council and any of its committees that resulted in such
formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements.
