AN ORDINANCE to amend Ordinance Nos 2786 entitled eau 0rdi~-~ce providing <br />for the ~oning or districting o£ the City of Lakewood and the regulati~n <br /> <br />and pr~m4ses and repealing 0rd. l---ce No, 14~9" (French Avenue)o <br /> <br />BE IT 0RDAIE~ by the Council of the City of Lakewood, State of 0hip~, <br /> <br />· ~ection ze That Ordinance Noo 1786 entitled UAn 0rdi--~ce p~ovi~ing for <br />the zoning or dist~icting of the City of Lahewood and the regulation of the <br />location~ bu~ heights and uses of buildings end other structures and <br />prm~ises and repealing 0rdln~uce NOo 1479e be amended end supplemented <br />by changing the Zoning Map, same as changed to become a part of this <br />Ordinance, the intent being to change the classification of lots and <br />la~ds fronting on French Avenue, between the southerly line of lots fronting <br />on Clifton Boulevard and the Nickel Plate Railroad ~ght-of~way from a <br />residence classification designated as A-~-, H-l, 2500 square feet of lot <br />area per family, to a residence classification designated as A~l~ H-i~ <br />or ~)00 sq,,-~e feet of lot area per f~mtly. <br /> <br />Section 2.
