That the assessments so to be levied, shall be paid in not more thmi five annual installrnents, with interest on deferred paymer_ts at the same rate as shall be borne by the bonds to be issued in anticipation of the levy of collection thereof; provided that the owner of any property assessed may, at his option pay such, assessment in cash zvithin thirty (30) daysafter the pa,ssage of t'rie ordinance for assessing. Section. 4. That bonds of the Village of iulayfield shall be issued in anticipa-tion of the levy or collection of assessments by installments and in ai1 amount eaual thereto, Secti un. 5. '1'hat the remainder of the entire cost of said improvement, not specially assessed, including one-fifi'tieth (1/50) of the cost thereof and the cost oz intersections, together tuith the cost,of any real estate or interest therein, purchased or appropriated, and the costs and expenses of -any appropria- tion proceeding therefor, and the damages araarded eny o«rner of adjoining lands, and interest thereon, and the costs and expense of any such avva,rd, shall be paid by the issuance of bonds in the manner provided by law.
