REsoLumzoN No. 37. <br />g Resolution to employ a,n assistant to the <br />? Clerk for the purpose of serving notices of resolu- <br />tion No. 36 and notices of assessments for the pro- <br />posed construction of water mains and sewer in <br />S.O.M. Center Road and declaririg an emergency. <br />BE IT RESOLVID by the -Council of the Village of Niayfield, <br />State of Ohio, two-thirds of all members elected thereto concurring: <br />-SECTION l. That the Clerk be and he is hereby instria..cted <br />to serve, or cause to be served, copies of notices to otivn.ers of property <br />on or adjacent to S.O.M. Center Road, within the.territory described in <br />Resolutions Nos 36 of the passage of said resolution No. 36. ? <br />SECTION 2. 'Fhat for the purpose of serving said notices, as <br />we11 as arV subsequent notices to property owners in respect to the im- <br />provements contemplated by said resolutions, Alvard Z. Bishop, Jr., is <br />hereby authorizecl and empowered to act as an assistant to said Clerk to <br />serve sa.id noticea, as required b3r law, at a rate of compensation not <br />? more than fifty cents ($ .50) per notice: <br />SECTION 3. This Resolution is hereby declared to be en <br />emergen.cy'measure necessary for the irmnediate preservation for the publ- <br />ic peace, health and safety of the Village, such necessity resulting <br />from the fact that the notices herein referred to must be served iimne- <br />diately and the Clerk is without authority to'employ an assistant there- <br />f02'e <br />SECTION 4.
