It is ao eed-that the:said sewerage across the property of Cuy- ah•oga County shall follovr a line described as follows: Beginning at a point ten feet west of the east line of Beech -Hill Road and twent,y-five feet wouth of the north line of the above mentioned sewerage disposal_ plant site; thence south- easterl.y in a straight line to a point on the saicl disposal plant site one hund- red ninety four feet (right angle measurement) east of the east line o*f Beech Hill Road and one nundred eighty-seven feet (right angle measurement) south of the north property line.of the sa,id secverage disposal plant site, the line of the proposed sewer being shotivn in red on the attached, sketch.
