Glenview Road <br />for their entire lenoth by constructing lo- <br />cal sanitary sewers thereine'! <br />IVHMMS, the Council has declared it necessa,ry to improve S.O.Y. <br />Center Roa.d on tYB east side only from Bonr?,y View Roa.d to Viilson If.ills Road; <br />"Wilson Mills Road on the south side only from S.O.N. Center Road to Beech <br />Hi11s Road; Seneca Road and Glenview Roa.d for their entire length by con- <br />structing loca,l sanitary seivers therein snd to assess the wh.ole cost o£ <br />said improvement, less 1/50 thereof and the cost of intersections, in pro- <br />portion to the benefits wYLich may result from said improvement upon the <br />lots and lands bounding and abutting upon said streets between the terraini <br />thereof as described hereinabove. <br />Now, therefore; <br />BE U_AAWzt1harles ?r the.
