REISOLUTION No. 87 <br />BY N[Re PARKER <br />g RESOLUTION kUTHORIZING THE CLERK OF MkYFIELD <br />HEIGHTS VILLAGE TO ACT kS PAYING AGENT OF <br />MAYFIELD TOB'NSHIP BONDS o <br />ZqHEREAS, The IInion Trnst Company of Clevelana, Ohio, <br />was heretofore made paying agent for the outstanding bonds of Mayfield <br />Tov?mship, and _ <br />tVfiEREAS, the said Union Trust Company is now in liquida- <br />tion and is no longer functioning as a banking institution, and <br />WHEREkS, the Clerk of Mayfield Heights Village nas offer- <br />ed to act as paying agent for the last remaining installment due on said <br />Plfayfield TownshiP bonds; <br />NOtiV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED-by the Council of the <br />Village of Mayfield, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, That: <br />Section l. The Clerk of Mayfield Heights Village be, <br />and she herebp is, appointed and constituted paying agent.for the Villaoe <br />of Uiayfield to handle the details in the paying of the last remaining <br />installment of the bonds now outstanding of Nfayfield Townslzip. <br />Section 2.
