E10. <br />WHEREkS' the Trustees of Mayfield Union Cemetery <br />have requetted this Council to pay over to them the sum of Seventy- <br />five Dollass (675o00) as the share of this Vi11age of the cost <br />of maintena.nce of the Nlayfield Union Cemetery;: <br />NOW' THEREFORE' BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the Village of Mayfield, Cuyahoga County, Ohio., that: <br />Section 1. The Village Clerk be and she hereby <br />is authorized and instr-ucted to draw a warrant on the Treasury <br />of this Village in favor of the Trustees of IJayf ield IInion <br />Cemetery in the sum of Seventy-five Dollars ($75.00) and to <br />deliver same to said Trustees as the share of this Village <br />toward the maintenance of said cemeterya <br />Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect <br />and be in force from and after the earliest period a1lovved by <br />law. <br />Passed the 20th day of August, A.
