RESOLUTION No, 95 <br />BY mRs, P R !<Ef? <br />A RESOLIITION DECLAR.ING INTENTION TO <br />APPROPRIATE PROPERZ'Y FOR STREET PIIRPOSES <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Mayfield, Cuyahoga <br />County, Ohio, thata- <br />Section l. It is hereby declared to be the intention of the Council <br />of the Village of Mayfield to appropriate for street purposes for the opening <br />of Ridgebury Boulevard' the fol7.ovring described premises, to-wit:- <br />Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga <br />and State of Ohio: Being part of Original Mayfield Township Lot <br />No. 20,, Tract Noo 2 and being a strip of land 40 feet in width <br />and measured at right angles between parallel lines adjacent to and <br />lying immediateYy north of the south line of said Mayfield Village <br />and included between the easterly and westerly lines of lands here- <br />tofore conveyed by Arthur Dawson to The Cleveland Trust Company. <br />Said parcel of land has a width of 40 feet and a length of about <br />675 feet. <br />The parcel so described is bounded on the west by lands <br />of C. C. Wise known as Lander Road Acre Tracts and on the east by <br />property owned by the Will-P.Rill, Inca <br />Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from <br />and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />Passed the llth day of August' A.
