The am.ownt of taxes whi.ch may be rai.sed by the levy of taxes within he en (10) mil1, 13.m-i.tation autlaorized by Section 5625-2 of the Ohio General Code will be insufficient to provide axb adequate amount for the necessary requirements of said Village of Mayfield for payment of curx°ent experases and it is necessary for the purpose of providing additional funds for current expenses that taxes be levied on the taxable property in said vi.llage for a period of two years at a rate in excess of such maximum rate autnorized by Seet3on 5625-2 of the General Codeo Sec. 2. The question of the renewal of an exi.sting levy of three (3) mills and an increas e of one (1) mi11, making a total of f o•ar (4) mi.]els on each dollar of the tax valuation of the tax,able property on the ta,x duplica-te within the Vil.].age of May.field., which amounts to 40¢ on each $100.00 of valuation of said proper°ty, for a period of two years, beginning mrith the tax duplacate year 1952a for cu,rrent expenses of the Village of Maytiel.d wnder the provisions of Section 5625-15 of the General Code of Ohio and Amended kIouse Bi].l No. 480.9 effective June 12' 1951' be snbmi.tted to the electoxas of the Vi7lage of Mayfiel.d at the general el.ection to b e held on the 4th day of I?TOVember, 1952, as authorized by law, and said election shaZl be held at the regu].ar places of voting in saa.d 3istra.ct as established by the Board of Deputg Superva.sors and Inspectors of Electyon of Cuyahoga Cotanty, Ohios between the hours of 6:30 o'cZock A. lUi, and 6:30 aeclock P. M. Eastern Standard Time' and that said election shall be conducted, canvassed and certified in the manner provideci by law. Sece 3.
