IMPROVENIENTS PROPOSID TO BE COAtSTRUCTID FROM THE PROCEEDS OF EONDS PROPOSED.TQ BE ISSUID AND ALSO.TO CERTIFY THE MAXIIWM MAT[TRITY OF SUCH.BONDu IN ACCORDANCE WITH GENERAL CODE SECTTOIJ .. . 2293-10 AND THE IvSAXIMUM MATURITY OP THE NOTE ISaUED IN *ANTICIFATION.OF SUCH BONDSa _ WHEREAS.) this Cowncil conteznplates issuing $29,000a00 of bonds, of which $293000.00 is proposed to be useci for the improvem.ent of S.O.M. Center Road from the center line of Vdilson Niills Roaa southerly to the South corporation line of May£ield Vil.lage by the construction and installation of awater main and appurtenances therein, all of which construction and improvement wi11 be in accordance with the general plans and specifications and profiles heret,ofore adopted by this Council, and uitfiEREAS, Sections 2293°2 and 2293 10 of the General Code of Ohio require the fiscal officer of -the ViLage of Mayfielcl to certify to thi.s Council her estimate of the life of the improvements proposed to be cons-tructed fz°on the proceeds of said bonds, and also to certify to this Council the maxi.mum maturity o£ such bonds in accordance with Section 2293-9, including the weightecl average of the amounts proposed to be expended for said improvement, and also the maxi.mum maturity of notes issued in anticipation of such bonds. Seca 2o That this resolution is hereby declased to be an emergency measure, necessary to complete the legisla.tion for the issue of said notes, and shall take effect immediately upon the adoption of this resolution as an emergency measure.
