' NOVY TIIEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL :Og?'THE'VILUGE OF , MkYFIELD, CUWOGA. COUNTY OHIO, 'lI-iAT: Sec, le It is hereby determined that the aggregate maximum amount of the inactive deposits of public moneys of the Village of Mayfield for th.e period from August 23rd, 1953 to August 22nd, 1955, will be naught. _ Sec. 2. It is hereby estimated that the maxiraurri amount of active deposits subject to deposit thereon at any time during the period of said designation will be '$35,000.00. Secm 3• Such banks and institutions as may Ye eligible -to become public depositories for funds of the Village of TVIayfield shall make w?ritten application'to the Council for such public deposits as they desireg Such application shall in a11 respects conform with the require- ments of Sections 2296.1 et seq of the Ohio General Code. Seco 4. The secur'it,y to be furriished by public depositories for the re-payment of public moneys under the control of this Council shall conform with Section 2296-15 (a) of the Ohio General Code.
