OF MAYr'IELD. <br />WHERF,AS, undex° date of August 109 1953, Central National Bank of <br />Cleveland of'fered to become depository for the active funds of this Village <br />and oi'fered to give seeurity therefor in aecordan.ce with law; and <br />VVHEREAS, the bid of Central National Bank of Cleveland was the <br />only bid received by this Council not more than fifteen da,ys prior to the <br />date fixed for designation of such depository; and <br />titJHEREAS, all proceedings -vrere had in accordance wi-th Section <br />2296-1 et seq9 of the General Code of Ohio. <br />NO-W TH= ORE, BE IT RESOT,VID BY THE COUNCIL OF THC VILLAGE OF <br />lUTAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIQ, THAT; <br />Sec. 1. Central National Bank of Cleveland be, and it hereby is, <br />designated to be the depository of_the active funds of the Village of <br />NTayfield for the period of tw'o (2) years, commencing August 23, 1953, and <br />encling August 22, 1955• - <br />Sec. 2. The Vi.l.lage Treasurer is hereby directed to'cause the <br />active funds of the Village to be deposited in Central Natibnal Bank`of <br />Cleveland upon the terms and conditions set forth in the aforesaid bid of <br />Central National Bank oi Cleveland, dated August 10' 1953. <br />See. 3.
