RATE OF INTFREST BID BY A RESPQNSIBLE BIDDER._ WHER:EAS, Fie]od, Richards & Co., a responsible bidder, has presented a bid for special assessment bonds dated Jtie l? 1953, in the face amount of $94.,171.18 upon a rate of interest, namely four percentum (4%) per annm, . and a- preuium of $548.00, and - 1NHEREAS,_.said_rate of interest is higher or other than that provided in ardinarice No. 442-1953 passed June 22,0 1953, as amended by Qrdinance No. 4441953_passed July 21, 1953, under Section 2293-26 of the General .God.e of Ohio. NOW TFiEREFORE BE TT -RESOLVED BY THE COiJNGIL OF THE VILIAGE OF MA,YFIELD., S'ATE_ OF OHI(3: _ . . . '. . . . . _-_Sec..1. That ths bid of Fie].d, Riehards & Co. be, and the same is, here y?accepted, said bid being the highest based upon the lowest rate-of interest other than that provided for in said ordinance. Sec. 2. That said bonds, after being executed and signed aceording to. law and Or nance No; 442-1953 as amended by Ordinance.
