<br />IMR.EAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 445 A, the Clerk of the Village
<br />of Mayfield, Ohio, duly advertised for bids according to law for the
<br />construction of a 1211 water main in SOM Center Road, starting at the North
<br />end of the existing vaater ma,in now 1.ocated in SQNi Center Road and extending
<br />Northerly about 1801 feet, but to the Sou.tli line of a 22 acre parcel of
<br />lara.d now or formerly owned by Jessie H. uVorts, being approximately 2257
<br />feet from the center line of 'Wilson rJU.lls Road; and
<br />I1ffiEREA,S, the bid of Joe Adams Setiver and liater Company, a duly
<br />qualified bidder9 to perform.such work for the sum of $18,228.00 is
<br />determined by Council to be the lowest and best bid submi-L-ted and all
<br />other bids have been rejected.

<br />about 1801 feet, but to the South line of a 22 acre parcel of land now
<br />or formerly owned by Jessie H. Worts9 being approximately 2257 feet fz°?om
