Euclid, ,City : of Lyndhurst, 'City of <br />Mayfield Heigh-ts, Village of Highland Heigits, arid tYie Village"off -Crates •Mills <br />are all political subdivisions within close proximity to the Village of Mayfield, <br />maintaining fire departments; <br />NQW9 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED SY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />MAYFIELD, CUYAHOCA COIINTY, OHIO THAT a <br />Sec. l. The May'or and Clerk be and they hereby are authorized to <br />enter into a contract on behalf of the Village of I2ayfield with the City of <br />South Euclid, City of Lyndhurst, City of 1V7ayfield Heights9 Village of Highland <br />Heights' and Village of Gates Mills for mutual fire protection aid for a. period <br />of three (3) y'ears beginning January 1, 1954. <br />Sec. 2.
