IJAIIU,.. .- WHERE.4S, the Board appointed ?pu.rs`u.ant to Resoliition 218-1953, adopted May 18, 1953 has filed-with-Gouncil said list of estimated assessments.; , NOVd, THEREFORE, BE IT RFSOLVED BY 1HE COUNCIL OF THE VIT,LA,GE OF N1A.YFIELD, OHIO: Section l. That the Council receives said estimated list of assessments prepared pursuant to Resolution No. 218-1953, adopted May 18, 1953 by said Board a;nd places them on file for public inspection with the C7.erk of the Village of Mayfield9 Ohio. Section 2. The Council hereby authorizes and directs the Clerk to publish notice of said estimated assessment for the i.mprovement of S.O.M. Center Road from the center line of Wilson Mills Road to the south corporation line of Mayfield Village by constructzon of a water main and appurtenances therein, as provided by law. • Section 3e This resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the imnediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants ior the reason tha-t it is necessary to proceed as soon as possible to sell bonds for the financing of the above mentioned improvement and to make the necessary arrangements for the levying of assessments in connection therewith, and this resolution shall be in force and go into effect from and after iche date of its adoption.
