Center Road from the center line of 17ilson Mi.lls Road to the South corporation line of Abyfield Vi:LJ_age. NOW, THERCFOR.E' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNC]Z OF TTE VILLAGE OF &TAYFTMD, OHIQ:.. Sec. 1. That the Council receives said estimated la.st of assessments prepared pursuant to Resolution Ido, 1954, adopted August 16, 1954, b y said Board and places them on file for public inspection with the Clerk of the Village of Mayfield, Qhio. Sec. 2o That the Council hereby authorizes and directs the C].erk to publish.notice of said estimated assessments for the improvement o:i S.Q.M. Center Road from the center line of Vlilson Mills Road to the South corporation la.ne of Ivlayfield Village by the construction of a water main and appurtenances therein, as px ovided by lavam Sec. 3. Th-is resolution is hereby detexnnined to Ue an eraergency reso u ion for the reason that completion of the assessment proceedings is necessary to provide funds by the sale of speci.al assessment bonds to pay a note issued i.n anticipation of the sale of sa?d bonds' which is about to mature, and this resoltztion shall go into effect at the earliest time allmved by law as an emergency measure, Adopted August 16., 1954.
