ARTICLE XI Cif, TIiE CONSTITUTION OF TIIE STATE OF OHIO TO PROVIDE F OR, DI-V3DING . C UYAHOGA C OUNTY. INTO SUB- _ DIVISIONS FOR EIFCTIOTd Or' SEiMTORS AIVD REPRESENTATIVES. TrMREAS, -the Gene-ral Assembly of the State of DI-iio has a proposed Constitution. Amendmen-t under stuc3y; and TnTFiEREAS, said bill contains Section 11,4 wnich reads as follows: rrThe County of Cuyahoga is hereUy divided into Sub-Districts for the purpose of election of both Depresentatives and Senators. For the first 2our years after the year 1957, and thereafter_until changed, there shall be fou•r Sub-Districts coterm3nous with the present Twentie-t:n, Twenty-first, Twenty-second and 'I?,rentf-third Congressional Districcs within the County of Cuya.hoga, - "After the expiration of such first four years, the General Assembly which have the poVaer to change, from time to tune, the nutnber and boundaries of sucn.Sub-Districts provide, however, that the number and bozzndaries oi such Sub-Dis luricts shall alTqays be equal to and coterrn:inous with the number and botuzdaries of the Congressional Di.stricts then existing in Cuyahoga County. The electors of_each Sub-Distric-t shall be entitled, at each election of Representatives hereafter held' to elect a number of Represen- ta.tives equal to the largest number which, when multipli.ed by the total number of Sub-Districts, izL11 not exceed the total number of Representatives to which Cuyahoga County is then enti-t1ed. T1e electors of each Sub-Dist-rict shall also be entitled, at each election of Seiza.tors thereaiter held, to elect a number oi Senators equal to the largest numUer -41ich, when mul-tiplied by tla total numUer of Sub-Districts, rLL not exceed the total number of Senators to vrhich Cuyahoga County is then entitled.
