by said improvement and the cost of said improvement sha11 include the expense <br />of the preliminary and other surveys and of printing and publ:LShing the <br />notices, resolutions and ordinances required, and servi.ng of said not3.ces' <br />the cost of constxnxction, together with interest on notes and bonds issued <br />in anticipation of the collection of deferred assessments, and all other <br />necessary expenses or expenditures. <br />Sec, 5. That the assessments so to be levied shall be pa:id in ten <br />(10) annual installments, trith interest on cleferred paynents at the same rate <br />as sha1l be borne by the bonds to be issued 5n anticipation of the col.lection <br />thereof; provided that the otaner of any property assessed9 may, at his option, <br />pay such assessment in cash iaithin thirty (30) days a:Fter the passage of <br />the assessin.g ordinance. <br />Sec. 6. That the bonds of the Village of Mayfie7.d sha],l be issued <br />in anticzpation.of the collection of assessments by installments a.nd in an <br />ariount equal therefo; and notes oi sai.d Village shal.l be issued in <br />anticipation of the issue of such bonds. <br />Sece 7.
