Cecil Sinmions has f iled an appl.ication with the <br />Zoni.ng And Planning cgr?mission of the V3.Ll..age of Maayfield for a Special U-b <br />' Pex°r,iit to use the premzses Y.ereinafter described as a chuccli, and <br />WI-?F?AS, after public heasr.ng held according ?o ]raw, the <br />' Zoning and P1axuling Commission, on June 24th9 19579 approged the granting of <br />sucla a Special U-Z Pemit on the conditions hereinaficer speeified. <br />NC13rJ9 THE EFORE, BE IT RESCIL.UED BY M COUIdCIL C&' 2'HE VILTAGE <br />OF MAYFIEIJ9 CUYAHOGA. COUNTYp OHIO' _ TfiAT_: <br />, Sec. 1. Council hereby clecla.res that it tir.i.ll substantia]1y <br />' serve the public .coriuonience and welfare ancl wi11 not substantially and per- <br />nanently injure the appropriate use of the neighboring property to grant a <br />Special. U-6 Pexqnit for a church on the premises heseinafter described, I.imi.ted <br />; as set forth_in Section 2 of this reso].ution. <br />Sec. 2s Council hsreby eonfixms the decision of the Zoning anci <br />P1a.nning Commission - of-the Vi11.age of Ma.yfield9 - Ohio, da-ted June 24th, 1957 <br />' and, i.n accordance therewa.th, grants to Rev. Ceeil Simmons, a Special U-b Pex°mi.t <br />unc?er Section 9 of Ordinance No. 159, to_ _use as a chwrch that part of a. . <br />40.1$5_acre parcel of land owned by A],bert Weisberg_and loeated on the west side <br />of SOM Center Road as is smmecliately_ souich of the Ira Smitli property, the por- <br />tion covered- by this Special U-b Perm3.t being approximatelg 2001 along SOM Center <br />Road and approximately 9623 in depth, sub j ect however, t o t he f ollowing _ c on- <br />dit3.ons$ - <br />(1) Such Special U-6 Permit to Rev. Cecil Szmraons sha.11 <br />, be 13mited to the._ six month _period 3.z?nnediatelg fol- <br />lowisng the effecicive date of this resolution. <br />(2) At the end of said six mon-th period9 said Special <br />. U-6 Pexmit sha.ll automatical.ly expire and bo void, <br />unless prior to tha,t time, the Zoning and P7anning <br />Conudssion of the ViLage of May.r"ield has approved <br />the tz°ansfer and assignment of said Permit to a <br />bona fide church organizat3.on, esta.bl3.shed u.nder <br />the 7.aws of the State of :Oh3.o, to whicn ehux°cn or- <br />ganizatian title ,to the above deseribed premises <br />sha11 be conveyed. Sueh church organization, upon <br />such approval by the_Zonin; and Planning Commission, <br />shall thereaftez° be the holder of sa:i.d Special <br />U-5 Pernit9 but shall not transfer the same to ary <br />other person, firm, corporat3.on, association or <br />organization wi.tliout prior approval of the Zoni.ng <br />and 1'1,anning Commission of the Village o£ i?'layfiel.d. <br />
