AL lots and lands abuttin.g upon tlze Southerly side of 1,7i].son Hills Road, from a point 198 feet East of the center line of S014 Center Road to its intersection trith SOIl2 Center Road as to the cost of sidewallss; all lots and lands abutting upon the Nor-therly side of Seneca Road from i-ts intersection irith 50M Center Road to a point 300 feet East of the center line of SOIq Center Road as to the cost of construc'uion of sideiralks; and a11 lots and lands abu-t'cing upon 'uhe Easterly side of SOM Center Road from its intersection with Th=ilson Mills Road to the North.erly line of Seneca Road, as to the cost of construction of sidewalks and curbing9 which said lots and land are herely determi.ned to be specially Uenefi uted by said improvemen-t3 axxi the cost of said improvement shall include the expense of -the prelirninary and other surveys and of printing and publishing the notices9 resolutions and ordinances required, arxl serving of said notices' the cost of construction, together with interest on?notes and bonds issued in anticipation of the collection of deferred assessmen'-i,s, and all other necessary expenses or expenditurese Sec. 5• That -the assessments so to be levied sha1l b e paid in ten (10) annual installmeni;s, witr in?erest an d eferrecl payments at the s ame rate as shall be borne by the bonds to be issued in anticipation of the col.le ction thereof; provided that the oTmer of any property assessed., may, at his option' pay such assessment in Qash zTi.thi.n -Ghirty (30) days after the passage of the assessing ordinance. Sece 6. Tha-t the bonds of the Village of 1,16y£ield shall be issued in anticipatior_ of the collection of assessmen-ts by installments and in an amount equal thereto; and notes of said Village shall be issued in antici- pation of the issue of such bonds0 Sec. 7. That the reriainder of the entire cost of said improvement, no-t specially assessed, tiihich includes the cost of in.tersections, together with the cost of any real estate or interest therein purchased or appropriated, ancl the cos-t-.s and expenses of any appropriation proceeding therefor, and the damages az7ard.ed any owner of adjoining lands and interest thereon9 and the cos-ts arxl expenses of such award, shall be paid by the Village of Nlayfield by the issuance of bonds in the manner provided by law. Sec. 8. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure" necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the Village of Mayfield axud its inhabitants, because it is necessary to construct the above described sidewaZks in ord.er to safe- guard the lives of pedestrians, aid this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the date of its adopuion9 Aampted thi.s 11tki day oF October, 1957.
