That the construction and grade of said water main as improved shall be as shown by the Engineerps plans and profi'!es on file with the Vi7lage C7.erk in the Vil].age Ha71, which said p].ans and proiiles are made a part hereof. Sec. 3o That the plans9 specifica-tions, estinates and profiles of ; the proposedimprovemen-t heretofore prepared by the Engineer and now on file ' in the office of -the Clerk of the Vil7.age of Mayfield be9 arxi the same are' hereby approved. Sec, 4. That 82% of the cost of said iu"rprovement shall be assessed in proportion to the benefi°f,s which may result from the improvement9 upon the following described lots and lar_ds' to -wit; A11 lots and lands bounding and abutting upon the proposed improvement (except that the premises situated on the South- west corner of S OM Center Road and Highland Road, owned by W.A. and MoEQ Frobeck9 and lmown as Auditorg s Fermanent Noo 831 1].-Z3' shaJ1 be exempt from said assessment to the extent of tYLe Northerly 100 feet of frontage on SOPZ Center Road, for.the reason that said parcel of property has already been assessed for a similar wat,er ma-Inimprovement constru.cted in Highland Road, and it would be inequitable to assess the Northerly 100 feet of frontage on SOM Cen'-?,er Road for the SOM Center Road improvement') which said lots anci lands are hereby determined t,o be specially benefitted by said improvement and the cost of said improvement sha11 include the expense of the preliminaxy and other surveys and of printing and publish ing the notices, resolutions and ord.inances required' and sexrv-l.ng of said noticesa the cost of construction together with interest on notes and bonds
