Apri1., 19593 and <br />WFIF'REAS,, sufficient funds have been coll.ected by the Caunty of <br />Cuyahoga fr..,om the taxpayers of the Village of Ma ffield to cover much more <br />than is required to meet the April payro7.l and pay -the Apri.l expenses; and <br />IqHEREAS., the Clerk of the Vi11 a ge oi May£3eld es ti7aa tes tha t the <br />sum of at least $59000.00 is needed from current tax coll.ections to paJ <br />said expsnses. <br />NOGT THEREFURE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIZ OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />MikYFSELD CUYAHOGA COrJNTY OHIO TAAT: __ <br />Sec. 1. The County Auditor of Cuyanoga County is hereby reques-ced <br />to advance to?t e Village of I4ayfield out of current tax co3lections tlze sum <br />of at least 35y000*00 ta be used for General Fund expensess <br />Sec. 2, The Clerk is hereby authorized to file a certified copy <br />of tlZis Reso ut on writh the County Auditor of G?a.yahoga County. <br />Sec. 3.
