Inasmuch as the preliminary plan covering Keru-rood Gard.ens Sub- <br />division No. 2A.was submitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission and Council <br />before the amendment of the IPlatting Ordinance requiring reinforced concrete <br />pavement for streets in new subdivisions, and-inasmuch as the Planning and <br />Zoning Gommission and Council have hi-therto approved tne paving oj' streets in <br />said subdivision to conform to the Ordinance formerly in effect, with the addi- <br />tion of concrete curbs, and inasmuch as the developer of said subdivision noTT <br />proposes to install twenty-five foot pavement, measured from outside to outside, <br />with 6« thickened edge non-reinforced concrete pavement, wi.th 411 integral curb9 <br />and Council believes that such proposed pavement is superior in_quality to,that <br />hither-to approved by Council i o1• said subdivision, Council does hereby approve <br />the'.said proposed type of pagement for the streets in Kenwood Gardens Subdivi- <br />sion Noo 2A. <br />Sec. 2. This Resolution is hereby deemed to be 'an emergency measure, , <br />necessarj f or the immediate preservation of the public health, peace, safety <br />and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants, in order that a good <br />type of pavement may be installed at said subdivision as soon as possible, and <br />this Resolution shall be in force and effect from and aff,er the date of its - <br />ad option. , <br />Adopted this 6th day of July, 1959. <br />Attest: <br />--!?U ?
