The annual installmeni:s of special assessments f or water mains <br />f or the tax years 1960 to 1964, both inclusive, on property now in the name <br />of Car1 J. and Nita Z. Brown, known as Eluditorts Permanent Parcel No. 831-38-7, <br />are hereby canceled and.the Clerk of the Village oz May£ield Ohio is hereby <br />authorized to file a certif ied copy of this Resolution with the County Auditor <br />of Cuyahoga County, directing him to cancel.said installments of assessments <br />on said property. This resolution sha11 not affect assessments on said <br />property, f or the tax year 1959 or any year prior thereto. <br />Sec. 2.
