RESOZUTION No. 468 <br />By Mr. Belzer <br />A RESOLUTION OFFER2NG TO ACCEPT AN AWARD OF <br />$4570.00 AS COMPSNSATION FROAT THE BOARD.OF _ <br />COUNTY COMNIISSIONERS.OF CUYAHC?GA COUNTY FOR <br />TAKING ': OF .. 71AND AND SLUPE EASEMENTS AiVD _FOR <br />DAMAGES OCCASIONED IN CONNECTIQN Tr1ITH THE, <br />WIDENING OF WILSOIV MI11S RO,AD. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF -MAAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY <br />OHIO 9 THAT a . . , - . _ _ . . _ . . <br />Sec. 1. Ttie Mayor and.the Solicitor. are hereby authorized to <br />execute and deliver anoff er of settlement to the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Cuyahoga County Ohio, offering on behalf oE the_Village of Mayf ield to <br />accept an award of $4570.00 as full compensation in settlement of a11 of <br />the Village of Mayfield rs claims for the taking of land and slope easements <br />and for damages occasioned in connection with the proposed widening of <br />Wilson Nills Road. <br />Sec. 2. Upon acceptance of said offer, the Mayor and the Clerk <br />are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the Village of Mayf ield <br />to make, execute and deliver a good and suf£icient deed to the land and <br />slope rights to be taken, such conveyance to be free and clear o£ <br />encumbrances, except taxes and assessments currently due and payable, <br />zoning regulations, restrictions and easements of record, and for public <br />utilities, i.f any, which do not conflict with the contemplated improvement. <br />Sec. 3.
