Resolution No. 474 <br />By Mrs. Brown <br />A RESOZUTION REQUESTING THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF CUYAHOGA COUNTY TO PAVE THAT <br />PORTION OF RIDGEBURY BOULEVARD,IN THE V1ZI.AGE <br />OF MAYFIr.LD AND TO ASSUME 75% OF THE COST THEREOF. <br />? <br />w <br />? <br />? <br />? <br />? <br />? <br />? <br />? <br />? <br />C=1 <br />? <br />?C <br />hfl) <br />TnTLIEREAS, Ridgebury Boulevard is a much traveled county highway, <br />passing through several iNlunicipalities, including the Village of Nlayf ield, <br />and said highway is in a very bad state of repair, so that a permanent <br />new pavement is necessar-y; and <br />tiqIiE1ZE9S, the other lIunicipalities through which said Ridgebury <br />Boulevard passes have requested the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga <br />County Ohio to pay 75% of the cost of such paving, said Municipalities to <br />pay 25% thereof. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESO-LVBD BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILIdiGE OF <br />iMt1YFIEI,D, CUYAHOGA COUNTY Oh i o, THAT :_ <br />Sec. 1. That Council of tile Village of IvTayfield, Ohio, requests <br />the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County Ohio to install a <br />permanent pavement in such part of Ridgebury Boulevard as is in the Village <br />of Mayf ield, Ohio, and to pay 75% of the costs thereof, on condition that <br />tne Village of riayf ield, by means of assessing the abutting property owners <br />and otherwise, pays 25%a of the cost of such paving improvemenfco <br />Sec. 2.
