FISCAl_ OFFICER OF THE VII,LAGE OF .MAYFIELD, OHTO, <br />? ? _. _._ .. . _. . _ .. -- - <br />? WHEREAS,,this Council contemplates issuing $ 31,750.00 of Special <br />? <br />z Assessment Bonds for the purpose of providing a f und f or the payment of a <br />< note heretofore issued to pay the cost of improving Seneca Road, from <br />S.O.M. Center Road in an Easterly direction to the Westerly line of Beech <br />? Aill Road, by grading, ditching and paving witn asphaltic materials,.and <br />of improving Glenview Road, from S.O.M. Center Road in an Easterly <br />direction to the 6Jesterly line of Beech Hill Road by grading, ditching <br />and paving with asphaltic materials, and.of improving Bonnieview Road, <br />from S.O.M. Center Road in an Easterly direction to the Westerly line <br />of Beecli Hill Road by grading, ditching and paving with asphaltic <br />materials.; and <br />WHEREAS, the sections of the Revised Code of Ohio require the <br />f iscal off icer of the Village of Mayf ield to certify to this Council his <br />estimated life of the property, assets or improvements heretofore constructed <br />from the proceeds of said note, and also to certify to tne Council the <br />maximum maturities of such bonds calculated in accordance with law; and <br />WHEREAS, the Clerk of the Village of Mayf ield is the f iscal of=icer <br />as def ined by law, <br />NOW THEREFORE the Clerk of this Village is hereby requested to certify <br />to this Council__his conclusions as to the estimated liFe of such improvements <br />and the maxi_mum maturfty of said bonds as required by laxa. <br />? <br />This resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, necessary <br />for tlie iiwnediate.preservatiott of the public peace, health, safety and welfare <br />of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabifiants for the reasons that said <br />[J? bonds are required to be issued to provide a fund for the cost of improving <br />?9 said streets in the manner hereinabove stated, and this resolution sha11 <br />take eff ect upon its passage as an emergency measure. <br />? <br />? <br />OL.
