Resolution No.-483 <br />By rirs. Brown <br />A P.ESQLUTION TO CANCEZ THE INSTALUMENTS OF WATER <br />MAIN ASSESSNIENTS AND PAVING. ASSESSMENTS FOR CERTAIN <br />YEARS ON P,ARCEL 831-38-34 ON GI,ENVIEfnl, ROAD <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the Clerk of the Village of Mayf ield, <br />Ohio, has reeeived funds in'the sum of $259e44, representing the payment <br />of water main assessments for the years.1961 to 1966, both inclusive, on <br />Auditorts Permanent Parcel No. 831-38-34 on Glenview Road, and has also <br />received the sum of $295.02, representing payment in full of the assessments <br />for grading, paving and ditching on said parcel f or the tax years 1961 to <br />1969, both inclusive. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNGIL OF THPs V1L'LAGE OF r1AYFIELD, <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY OHIO, THATa - <br />Sec. 1. The annual installments o£ special assessments for <br />water mains for tne tax years 1961 to 1966, both inclusive, on property <br />on Glenview Road known as Auditor•s Permanent Parcel Ploo 831-38-34 and <br />the assessments ior grading, ditching and paving for the tax years 1961 <br />to 1969, both inclusive, on said parcel are hereby canceled and the <br />Clerk of the Village of Mayfield Ohio is hereby authorized to f ile a <br />certified copy of this.resolution with the County Aaditor of Cuyahoga <br />County, directinb him to cancel said installments of assessments on said <br />property. This resolution shall not affect assessments on-said property <br />for any part of the tax year 1960 or any year prior theretoo <br />S'ec. 2.
