RESOZUTION No. 488 <br />By Mr, Zorn <br />A RESOZUTION APPROVING THE RENEGTAZ OF THE <br />MAINTENANCE PERMIT OF THE OHIO BELI, TELEPHONE <br />COM?.'ANY FOR THE YEAR .1961. . . <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIZ OF THE VII.-LAGE OF MAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, <br />OHIO, THAT: - <br />Sece 1. The NIayor or the Clerk is hereby authorized to sign, execute <br />and deliver to the Ohio Bell Telephone Company a document renewing its <br />maintenance permit in the Village of iKayfield for the year 1961. <br />Sec, 2. This Resolution is hereby deemed to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, peace, safety <br />and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants, because of the <br />necessity of maintaining maximum telephone service in the Village, and this <br />Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of <br />, its adoption. <br />Adopted this 16th day of January, 1961, <br />Attest: <br />?LF <br />Mayor - President of Council <br /><s z) ?
