Secp 3. That the construction and gsade of said water mains as improved <br />sha11 be as shown,by the Engineert's plans and prof iles on file with the Village, <br />Clerk in the Village Hall, whieh said plans and profiZes are made a part hereof. <br />Sec. 4e That the entire cost of said improvements shall be assessed <br />in proportion to the benefits which may result from the improvementsfl upon the <br />following described lots and laads, to-wit: <br />All lots and lands bounaing and abutting <br />upon the proposed improvements <br />which said lots and lands are hereby deter[n.ined to be specially bene£itted by <br />said i.mpsovements and the cost o£ said i.mprovements shall include the expense <br />of the preli.minary and other surveys and of printing and publishing the notices, <br />resolutions and ordinances required, and serving of said notiees, the cost of <br />construction together with interest on notes and bonds issued in anticipation <br />of the collection o£ deferred assessments, and all other necessary expenses or <br />expendituresA <br />Sec, 54 That the assessments so to be levied sha11 be paid in such number <br />of annual installments as may be necessary to service the bonds to be issued ia <br />anticipation thereof9 with interest on deferred payments at the same rate as <br />shall be borne by the bonds to be issued in antieipation of the collection thereof; <br />provided that the owner of any property assessed, may, at his option, pay such <br />assessment in cash within thirty (30) daqs after the passage of the assessing <br />ordinance. <br />Sec. 6, That the bonds of the Village of Mayfield shall be issued in <br />anticipation o€ the collection oE assessments by installments and in an amount <br />equal thereto; ancl notes of said Village shall be issued in anticipation of <br />the issue of such bondsa <br />Sec. 7„ That this resolution <br />necessary Eor the immediate preservatio <br />welfare of the Village of rlay£ield and <br />necessity of providing funds to insure <br />and therefose this resolution shall be <br />date of its adoptioa, <br />is deemed to be an emergency measurea <br />3n of the healthy safety, peace, and <br />its inhabitants, because of the urgent <br />a supply of water as soon as possible, <br />in force and effect on and a£ter the <br />Adopted this 19th day of June , 1961, <br />Attesta ' <br />;?? _ <br />(SEAZ lerk <br />Mayor - President of Council
