BY_ UCF REAI,TY CORPORATION <br />BE IT RESOZVED BY THE COUNCTZ OF THE VILL4GFs OE MAYFIELDV CUYAIiOGA <br />COUNTY OHIO9 THAT:.. .. <br />Sec. 1. Council hereby approves the easements f or the install- <br />acion and maiatenance of water mains in proposed Elizabeth Drive, Victoria <br />Drive and Elsena Drive givea by UCF Realty Corporation atad approves the <br />recordin:g of said _easements. Such._approval is for the sole purpose of <br />permitting the installation and maintenance of said water mains in said <br />undedicated streets and does not constitute acceptance of any dedication <br />of said streets. <br />Sec. 2.
