Bates by deed dated October 13, 1947, and <br />recorded in Vo,lume 6427,.Page 541 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence <br />South 890 41° 50" West, 2065.82 feet to the Westerly line of said <br />original Mayfield Township lot 15; thence North 00 36* 4011 West, 749.41 <br />feet along the said Westerly line of original Mayfield Township lot 15 <br />and along the Westerly line of said original Mayf ield Toemship Zot 5, to <br />the said Southerly lirie of Fair Acres Subdivision; thence North.89052l2011 <br />East, 201.99 feet along the.said Southerly line of Fair Acres Subdivision <br />? to the center line af S.O.M. Center Road and the place of beginning, con- <br />taining 33.938 acres of land, be the same ffiore or less but subject to all <br />legal highways. <br />Said Golf Course shall not be constructed or opened for business without <br />approval of the Flot Plans and Building Plans by the Planning and Zoning Commission, <br />and Council, in addition to any other approvals required by law. <br />This permit shall nat be assignable without approval of the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission. <br />This permit may be suspencled for any period of time or revoked by the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission upon 10 days notice and hearing, for any one os more <br />of the f ollowing reasonsa <br />(1) Failure to comply with any laws or ordinances applicable to the <br />business and operation of the Golf Course. <br />(2) Failure to pay any taxes due to the 9illage of Mayfield in con- <br />nection with the Golf Course. <br />(3) Operation of the Golf Course in a manner determined by the Plan- <br />ning and Zoning Commission to be detrinaental to the health, safety, <br />morals or welfare of the inhabitants o£ the Vil].age of Mayf ield or <br />in such a manner as to constitute a nuisance, or permitting the <br />grounds or buildings to become unsafe or unsightly. <br />(4) Abandonment of the use oF the premises as a Golf Course f or a <br />period of 2 years or more. <br />Sec. 3.
