RESOZUTTON No. 516 <br />By Mro Belzer <br />A RESOZUTION TO CANCEZ THE INSTAZLMENTS <br />OF WATER IvIATN ASSESS?lENTS FOR CERTAIN <br />YEA12S ON PARCEL Voe 831-33-32, 33 &44 <br />WrIEREAS, it appears that the Clerk of the Village oE Mayf ield, <br />Ohio, has received funds in the sum of $292.40, representing the payment <br />oE water main assessments for the tax years 1961 to 1964, both inclusive9 <br />on County Auditor's Permanent Parcel Noe 831-33-32, 33 & 44, being certain <br />property in the Village of Mayf ield, Ohio, formerly in the name of Emmeline <br />M. Ellis and sold to Vernon D. & Marjorie R. Frase, also being known as <br />No. 910 Worton Park Drive. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOZVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VII,LAGE OF MA.YFIEI,D, <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTX OHIO, THAT: <br />Sec, le The annual installments of special assessments for water <br />mains for the tax years 1961 to 1964, both inclusive, on property known as <br />County Auditor8s Permanent Parcel No, 831-33-32, 33 & 44, are hereby canceled <br />and the Clerk of the Village of May£ield Ohia is hereby authorized to fiZe a <br />certified copy of this resolution with the County Auditor o£ Cuyahoga County, <br />directing him to cancel said installments of assessments on said property. <br />This Resolution shall not affect assessments on said property for any part <br />of the tax year 1960, or any year prior thereto. <br />Seca 2.
