AT 1061 1ANDER._ROAD <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the Clerk of the Village.of Mayf ield, Ohio, <br />has received funds in the sum of $415.44, representing the payment of water <br />main assessments for the tax years 1962 to 1967, both inclusiva, on County <br />Auditor•s Pernanent Parcel No. 831, items 32/16, being parts o£ Sublots 5, <br />6 and 7 at 1061 Lander Road, Mayf ield Village, Ohio, covered by Code No. <br />5016-:dater. <br />NOW TI3E8EFORE BE IT RESOZVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFTELD, <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY QHIO, . THAT : _ . . e _ . . .. . . _ <br />Sec. 1. The annual installments of special assessments for water <br />mains for the tax years 1962 to 1967, both inclusive, on the.above described <br />property are hereby canceled, and the Clerk of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, <br />is hereby authorized to file a certif ied copq of this Resolution with the <br />County Auditor of Cuyahoga County, direeting hi.m to cancel said installments <br />of assessments on said property. Thi.s resolution shall not affect assess- <br />ments on said property for any part.of the tax year 1961, or any year prbor <br />thereto. <br />Sec. 2.
