<br />WHEREAS, it has been determ.ined by this Couneil to assess the entire
<br />cost of i.mproving by the construction of water mains and appurtenances, in
<br />proportion to the benef its that may result from said improvement, the
<br />f ollowing described publie streets in the Village of_Mayfield# Ohio;
<br />(a) Worton Park Drive, from theexisting water main in the inter-
<br />section o£ Worton Park Drive and Hemingway Drive, in a Southerly
<br />directa.on to the Northerly line of South Woodlane Drive;
<br />(b' Woodlane Drive, £rom the Southeasterly corner of Sublot No. 20 ? ia a Sontherly direction to the Northwest corner oE Sublot No. 11;
<br />(c) 1Vorth GFoodlatse Drive, from the Westerljr line of Worton Park Drive
<br />in a Westerly directian to the Southeasterly eorner of Sublot No, 20;
<br />(d) South Woodlane Drive, fsom the Nosthwesterlq corner of Sublot No. 11,
<br />„.$asterly to a pQint 225 feet East of the center lit?e o£ Worton
<br />Park Drive; and (e) Norman Zane Dsives froue the Westerly line o£ Worton Park Drive
<br />, Westerly to the Easterly line of Wooc33ane Drive.
<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOI,VED BY,THE. COUNCIL OF 'rHE VILI.AGE OF MAYFIELD 9

<br />three disinter ted free-holders, residing in the Yillage of Mayfield, Ohio,
<br />beg and they hereby are, appointed a Board to esti.mate the assessment of such
<br />¢osts on the lots and lands to be charged therewith, as set forth in Resolution
<br />No, 499, adopted June 19, 1961,: and in Ordinaaee No, 742, passed July 17, 19610'
<br />to improve said pQrtions o£ the above described and enumerated stizeets, as
<br />nearly as may be to the bene£its which ma.y result Erom the improvements of
<br />the several lots os parcels of ,land so assessed, and to report to this Council
<br />the said estimated assessments.
