ORDINANCE N0. 84-10 ~'- ~ ' •~ <br />Page -2- <br />Shall Ordinance No. 84-10, which amends the Planning <br />& Zoning Code of Mayfield Village by reducing to one <br />acre the minimum lot size for a restaurant in a separate <br />building, be enacted into law? <br />YES <br />NO <br />Section 3. The Board of Elections of Cuyahoga County, <br />Ohio is hereby authorized and directed to post within each polling <br />place in Mayfield Village a full and complete certified copy of Ordi- <br />nance No. 84-10. <br />Section 4. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and <br />directed to certify a copy of this Ordinance to the Cuyahoga County <br />Board of Elections for placement on the ballot at the next general or <br />regularly scheduled primary or special election, and to take whatever <br />steps are necessary in order to comply with all directives of the said <br />Board of Elections in order to place this issue on the ballot. <br />Section 5. The Director of Law is hereby authorized and <br />directed to make such changes in the ballot wording as are necessary <br />to comply with any applicable rules of the Board of Elections of <br />Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 6. All prior ordinances inconsistent with this <br />ordinance in whole or in part are repealed to the extent necessary to <br />avoid conflict with this ordinance. <br />'Section 7 That the Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such <br />formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements, including the requirements <br />of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 8.
