ORDINANCE N~. 84-11 <br />Page -6- <br />505.17 Common Pigeons <br />The common pigeon is declared to be a menace to health and <br />welfare and a source of damage to persons and property and is there- <br />fore declared to be a public nuisance and the Service Department of <br />the Municipality is hereby ordered and directed to dispose of common <br />pigeons found within the boundaries of the Village as it sees fit. <br />505.18 Abandoning Animals <br />No person shall abandon a domestic animal within the munici- <br />pality. <br />505.19 Killing or Injuring Animals <br />No person shall maliciously or willfully kill or injure an animal <br />that is the property of another. No per- <br />son shall sell, offer for sale, expose for sale, raffle or give away <br />any rabbit or baby poultry which has been dyed or otherwise colored. <br />No poultry younger than four (4) weeks of age may be sold, given away <br />
