In accordance with Article III, Section 14 of <br />the Charter of Mayfield Village, Ohio, there shall be submitted to the <br />qualified electors of Mayfield Village, Ohio, at the general election <br />to be held on November 6, 1984, the following questions <br />"Shall Ordinance No. 84- which revises the <br />District and Zone Map of Mayfield Village, Ohio, <br />so as to rezone, from Small Office Building District <br />to Motorist Service District, all of Permanent <br />Parcel No. 831-15-27, the southerly approximate <br />four hundred (400) feet of Permanent Parcel No. <br />831-15-26, as measured from the front lot line, <br />and the southerly approximate four hundred (400) <br />feet of Permanent Parcel No. 831-15-23, as measured <br />from the front lot line, as the same are more fully <br />described. in Ordinance No. 84- , be enacted <br />into law? <br />YES <br />NO <br />Section 4. The Board of Elections of Cuyahoga County, <br />Ohio, is hereby authorized and directed to.post within each polling <br />place in Mayfield Village a full and complete certified copy of <br />Ordinance No. 84- <br />Section 5. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and <br />directed to certify a copy of this Ordinance to the Cuyahoga County <br />Board of Elections for placement on the ballot for the regularly <br />scheduled general. election to be held on November 6, 1984 and to take <br />whatever steps are necessary in order to comply with all directives of <br />the said Board of Elections in placing this issue on the ballot. <br />Section ~ The Director of Law is hereby authorized and <br />directed to make such changes in the ballot wording as are necessary <br />to comply with any applicable rules of the Board of Elections of <br />Cuyahoga County, Ohio, or the Secretary of State for the State of <br />Ohio. . <br />Section 7. All prior ordinances inconsistent with this <br />ordinance in whole or in part are repealed to the extent necessary to <br />avoid conflict with this ordinance. <br />Section 8 That the Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such <br />formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compli- <br />ance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of <br />Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />
