ORDINANCE N0. 84- 33 Page -2- plumbing and electrical work, certificate of occupancy and final inspection fee, but will not include the hereinafter described fee of the Municipal Engineer when he is requested by the Building Commissioner to set the grade, nor will it include the cost of additional inspections made by the Building Commissioner to secure compliance with the municipal ordinances, as herein- after set forth, nor will it include the cost of a permit for the construction of detached garages and accessory buildings, for which permit fees shall be charged in the manner herein- after set forth. While the perm~itholder will still be required to obtain permits from the Building Commissioner for the separate portions of the work hereinafter described to make certain that the work will be properly done, there will be no separate permit fee for same when the total lump sum permit fee is paid. (b) Two-Fami1X Dwellings. For construction of new two-family dwelling houses, the same provisions will apply as provided in Subsection (a) hereof pertaining to single- family dwelling houses, except that the lump sum fee for the building shall be ~•h~Ee-•~it~~d-rid-•Do13.~-r~-~-$3~~1-.aa~ FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS ($400.00). 1309.05 Separate Permit Fees. - The following schedule of separate permit fees shall be used where the total lump sum fees do not apply: (a) Detached garages and other accessory buildings=. For a permit covering construction of detached garages to single-family dwellings and two-family dwellings, a fee of •Fi~~ee~i-~}o~3~ar~s--(~35:8~0) TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00) plus One Dollar ($1.00) for each 100 square feet or fraction thereof of floor space. For a permit covering construction of accessory buildings to single-family dwellings and two-family dwellings, a fee of den-~o-13~a~•s--(~4.~~~18~ FIFTEEN DOLLARS ($15.00) plus One Dollar ($1.00) for each 100 square feet or fraction thereof of floor space, with such floor space limited to 192 square feet.
