DATE OF ENACTMENT 8-24-8.4 <br />An emergency ordinance enacted by the Village of Mayf iel d <br />Cuyah o ea County, Ohio, ~n t e matter of t e hereinafter escr e <br />improvement, an o request cooperation 1~rom the Director of Transportation. <br />WHEREAS, the Village has identified the need for and proposes the improvement of a portion of <br />the public highway which described as follows: <br />Resurface the existing pavement and perform miscellaneous work items on that <br />part of SR-91 (S.O.M. Center Rd.) within the Village of Mayfield from the <br />Mayfield South Corporation Limit to mile marker 13.41, 832' north of Wilson <br />Mills Rd. Total length being 0.53 miles more or less. <br />said portion of highway within the municipal corporation limits being hereinafter referred to <br />as the improvement, and <br />1 <br />WHEREAS, the Village further desires cooperation from the Director of Transportation in the <br />planning, design and construction of said improvement. <br />NOW THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of Mayf i el d <br />Ghio: <br />SECTION I (Cooperation) <br />That said Village hereby requests the cooperation of the Director of Transportation, in the cost <br />of the above described improvement as follows: <br />A lump sum of $ %/,/~ a ~ which includes the cost of resurfacing, engineering, <br />contingencies, and adjusting the castings to grade. <br />SECTION I - A <br />That the Luinp sum of $ ~D~~ c~ <br />is hereby appropriated for the improvement of the highway as described hereinabove, by the Village. <br />SECTION II (Consent) <br />That it is declared to be in the public interest that the consent of said Village be and such <br />consent is .here by given to the Director of Transportation to construct the above described improve- <br />ment, in accordance with plans, specifications and estimates as approved by the Director. <br />SECTION III (Authority to Sign) <br />That the o of said Village, is hereby authorized <br />Contractual Officers Title <br />to enter into maintenance and parking agreements and special contractual obligations. <br /> <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />- ... - - ~ , <br />
